Rebecca, MD, FACS, FACOG

Rebecca, MD, FACS, FACOG is a triple board-certified urogynecologist with 17 years of experience at Methodist Physicians Clinic and Adult & Pediatric Urology in Omaha. Dr. McCrery received her MD from the University of Minnesota and served as Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Ohio State University Medical Center. Since, Dr. McCrery has completed two fellowships from the Baylor College of Medicine in Female Pelvic Medicine and Female Urology. Dr. McCrery has achieved authorship in over 20 published manuscripts, including keynote presentations to the American Urology Association and American Urogynecology Society. Through her special interests in reconstructive and sexual function surgeries, Dr. McCrery provides patients with the confidence and vitality to enhance sexuality, vitality, and wellbeing. She is a lifelong provider with a devotion to developing deep relationships with each of her patients.

Dr. McCrery holds a number of awards including being elected by her peers for inclusion in Best Doctors in America ® in 2009.

Tristan, RN, BSN

Tristan, RN, BSN graduated from University of Nebraska Medicine, in Omaha, in 2020 with a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career at Nebraska Medicine working in cardiac progressive care. She currently works in anti-aging and wellness care. Tristan is actively pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing.

Tristan has a passion for all things anti-aging and wellness. She believes that whole-person healthcare is the key to optimizing one’s health. Her focus is enhancing the body’s natural potential so that her patients can be the best version of themselves. She is committed to educating her patients so they can make knowledgeable decisions regarding their healthcare

Ansar, MD, FACS

Ansar, MD, FACS is a board-certified urologist serving Fremont, Nebraska, and surrounding Dodge County community at Urology Health Center. Dr. Khan trained to be a urologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and then stayed at the Mayo Clinic to complete a fellowship in transplant surgery.

After completing medical school and his fellowship, Dr. Khan spent three years training urology residents as a full-time academic staff urologist at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis and St. Paul-Ramsey Medical Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.

His extensive training helps Dr. Khan better serve his patients at Urology Health Center. Drawing on his background in medical education, he makes sure to inform patients about their conditions so they can fully participate in their treatment. He’s also up-to-date on the latest developments in urology care and strives to make the most effective state-of-the-art procedures available to his patients.

Dr. Khan knows how difficult it can be to have urologic and reproductive problems. His patients appreciate his compassionate approach to care, and he can make navigating frightening medical problems, such as prostate cancer, a manageable and hopeful experience.

Sarah, RN, BSN

Sarah, RN, BSN graduated from The University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 2019 with a Baccalaureate of Arts in Psychology. She then went on to pursue an education in nursing, graduating from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, in 2021 with a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career at Nebraska Medicine working in Oncology Progressive Care.

Sarah is passionate about whole person healthcare. She believes in the importance of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to optimize one's health. She believes that wellness and preventative healthcare are the key to a healthy lifestyle and becoming the best version of oneself. She is passionate about seeing the whole picture of a patient, patient education, and following through to ensure the goals of the patient are met.

Nicole, PT, DPT, WCS

Nicole, PT, DPT, WCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a board-certified women’s health specialist, and the owner of Pelvic Wellness Physical Therapy. She has advanced training and clinical experience in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction for both men and women. She is an expert for treatment of pelvic floor conditions including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, infertility, pregnancy-related pain, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery. Nicole also has additional training in visceral mobilization, dry needling, and Pilates-based rehab.

Along with being a seasoned clinician, Nicole has experience as faculty in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Rockhurst University and enjoys educating on both a patient and clinician level. She is a mentor to novice physical therapists and a clinical instructor to physical therapy students in their education to becoming pelvic floor therapists.

Driven by her frustration with the lack of quality care available for individuals suffering from pelvic floor conditions within the traditional medical model, Nicole established Pelvic Wellness Physical Therapy in 2022. This concierge physical therapy practice allows her to serve men and women with an individualized approach tailored to each patient’s unique symptoms and goals. She believes in evaluating each person holistically, to determine the root cause of the symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan specifically designed for long-term results.

Josh Simms, PA-C

Practicing since 2016, Josh has been immersed in the men’s health space for the last several years. Josh’s specializations include Tesoterone Replacement Therapy, Sexual Health/Erectile Dysfunction, Peptide Therapy & Weight Management solutions. Josh sincerely enjoys collaborating with patients to create treament plans to optimize their quality of life.

Cari Iqbal, PA-C

For the last 10 years, Cari has been working as a PA, with a focus on primary care. As a UNMC graduate with a Bachelors in Nursing, Cari went on to pursue her Masters degree in Science at Rush University in Chicago. Previously, Cari worked in St. Louis in primary care with a focus in women’s healthcare. She is passionate about holistic care and helping her patients live their fullest lives!

Missy Ritonya, APRN is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and graduated from Clarkson College in Omaha, in 2021 with a Master of Science in Nursing. Since practicing for the past 18 years, Missy has gained experience in functional medicine, aesthetics, and a variety of other nursing specialties.

Hollie graduated from the nursing program at Pensacola State College in 1999. She went on to get her Bachelor of Science in Public Health. She began her career in Emergency Medicine and has taught at Iowa Western Community College for the last four years.

Sarah Land

With an entrepreneurial background, Sarah loves wearing all of the hats that support her Bodysculpt team. You can find her at the front desk, working social media, providing body contouring treatments, and helping wherever she can. Sarah is passionate about health and wellness Outside of her role at Bodysculpt, she’s a certified nutritionist, personal trainer and yoga instructor. With her current position as an assistant manager, Melissa prides herself on providing 5-star service to guests and staff alike. She has worked in a variety of roles in both the hospitality industry and med spa industry since 2015. As an experienced wellness manager with a proven track record of implementing superior wellness strategies + an abundance of initiative, Melissa is committed to helping people achieve their health goals, as well as live their happiest, healthiest lives.
